Ok, I am planning on making a Habbo fansite, but I have never made a website before. I did this tutorial thing on the basics of HTML. What should I do now???

Another question is, what do I use to make a template?

Also, do I need to learn CSS?:s

If your new to html you have to read a few tutorials first to get started,

Css is another language and stands for (i think) cascading style sheets

Making a template is easy try and make a basic one in paint;

To code it you will have to slice it and can find a tutorial here: http://www.slicingguide.com and also click here for lots of html tutorials

Seconding what Sygon said , make a basic template in paint. Zymic.com provide non-habbo related templates. Maybe try to learn Css but learn html first.
