You get them by doing a mini quest, but you need to do desert treasure first.
And no, they're not tradable.

You don't need to do the whole quest tho, just need to have the ring of visibility :p

Ye I always wondered why low levels have them robes I got them I was wondering if I was able to get them again I going to get some more and go in wildy then as its got 21 mage def and might stop me getting snared as well

Also once you have the ring can you do the mini quest?

You cant trade the ring.

You need 53 thieving to get it and yes you can do the minin quest when you have it.
