Runescape Members : Favour Pl0X!

If you can do me a favour i would like you to post this in the tech support forum in runescape forums (im not member )

My friend Frank459 is having troubles logging in.
He gets to the login screen and then when he logs in it crashes at the "Loading - Please Wait". Message.
He has a Windows ME.
And uses Mozilla FireFox.
But it still wont work.
Can anyone help him?

I think you have the same pc as me lol i have hewlett packard with windows me and i have trouble with rune all time how old is your pc?

I didnt lol i just get lucky and it lets me on sometimes and sometimes it doesnt
