In the second trade room, i would get rid of the tiles and replace them with something else.

I don't like the layout in the second trade room it doesn't have a trade room feel to it. 8/10.

I like both rooms too. Love the mode design and fruit trees in the first one
Only thing that i dont is the colour of the walls but 9/10
Second one I love the left habd side of the room ...the ice and pines..lovely.
The way u have colour co-ordinated the rugs is clever.
The fridges are cool too but not sure. I do think you have the makings of a gr8 trade room with some change in design but using ideas from left hand side 8.5/10 + rep for the 2 rooms
