I don't think habbo is going "down" at all, i think its just that many Americans have left the UK habbo to join the US one, and so the number online each night is slightly down on beforehand.

To get a rough idea of how many people were on habbo UK before the USA habbo opened, add on about 2/3 of the USA hotel habbos to the UK habbo.
Dont know if this works, just a theory.

It would help if you clarify what exactly 'going down' means. If you're implying that habbo is going down in numbers, then yes that is so. Although remember that UK habbo was originally intended for UK Habbos, and as more habbo hotels are released worldwide, you have to accept that habbos will move to their 'home' hotels.
