Yes.

His reseller seems too have bad downtime at the moment, i'm not sure why.

2: I dont control the stability of the servers
3: EzHostingNet.com was suppose to be mving the servers at some point

No, but my sites been down for over an hour now. I suggest you change hosts Joe, get a different reseller package from another host. But if they are moving servers, then hopefully it should work soon.
