Whats that called /\ i wanna edit the colour of it in style manager but i can't find it...

It is the

Table Header (CSS Selector: .thead)

...to get to it, from the AdminCP:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Main CSS

...then scroll down to the big box that says

Table Header
