No Rare Section?

Normally when there isnt a rare out there is a rare section at the bottom. Where is it???

They gotten rid of it for awhile now, i think its because Callie keeps accidently releasing rares..

Thats probably not the reason, However yes it has been gone for quiet a while now. Maybe because its un-needed?

Sometimes when there are no rares, the section is taken out of the catalouge, and the section mentioning rares isn't put back in. It's happened before.
