    Actor Chris Penn, brother of Sean Penn and star of such films as Reservoir Dogs and Mulholland Falls, was found dead Tuesday at a condominium in Santa Monica; he was 40.

    You many know him from Reservoir Dogs. He played Officer Manetti in Starksy and Hutch, and those who have ever played GTA San Andreas will recognise him as the voice of Officer Pulsaki. He was always a good actor in my view. God bless the soul of a true legend.

    He was a great actor and a great man, but not a legend. Youre probably thinking of Sean Penn, who is his brother.

    My favorite movie that Chris Penn was in was Corky Romano.
