Received a letter last week saying i have to appear at court on tuesday for a first hearing.
Ive never been in this situation before, and i dont know what to do, can anyone help me out?

Depends why you have to go in, Just dress nicely, wear a shirt and tie if you can and dont speak unless spoken to by ANYONE.
