The title says Meta tags and you're talking about something completley different! Meta tags are usually at the top of the code so that search engines can pick up the site.

Baclground images shoulnt have context boxs?
Plus that woulnt be the meta data, meta attributes dont appear on the page, they control things like the Page title, (eg this topics title followed by habbox forum is shown in this place here) or to control page refreshing, as well as suppy keywords and page descriptions to search engines.
