This is also on Habbo Brazil's homepage. It might mean more pets in a room but maybe it's just one of those things to show how Habbo is all good and stuff.
I think this is just added to all of the newly designed homepages..

But then again, I could be wrong. A big room could have more than 2 pets but I just haven't noticed.
