Ok, abit confusing..

My girl friend went out with this guy about 8 months ago. And when they went out he wouldn't let her talk to any other boys and she could only hang around him so she dumped him after going out for a month.. And now 8 months later she's going out with me and I think hes really jealous, so when we're hugging or whatever he'll come over and hit me or something... so what should I do, he also keeps feeling up my girlfriend and she doesnt like it at all.. so next time he doe's it should or just smack him in the face or..?

I use to be friends with this guy, I think we are im not sure but iv'e told him too much to stop and he's not listening so I think im going to resort to hitting him in the face, but im scared I'll be suspended and end up moving schools. And then he'll do hell to my girlfriend :/
