    I was going over the staff list and... MOD-Noct is NOT on the list.

    only MOD-NOC.

    Yeh I asked Noct about that before, and he doesn't know why he isn't on the list. Obviosly the Office staff can't be botherd. :s

    MOD-NOC was ste's old account, which has been saftey banned due to issues. He is now MOD-NOCT.
