Imagine a fully-flash website, With those buttons glowing on a mouse-over effect. Pwhoar. Very nice design, and I can see it going far if you make the right steps.

Thats the best design ive seen you do, loving the ipod like people (vectors) and the colors go to well as craig said flash may be good if you can pull it off but the one things that i dont like personally is the oval buttons, maybe square with dahsed lines but thats imo,

I disagree with Sygon there, The whole template has smooth corners and it would spoil the effect having straight lines. But I have spotted an error on the template, which I think taking a second look at it makes the template look wrong.
Its the banner, the stars on the side look pixel, if they are, try and blur them out so they look smooth, I'm sure there is a stock star brush in photoshop. There is also another error with the banner, the arrow coming right inwards, it has been cut off, it would look nice if it had a point on it and possibly some drop shaddow effects.
