depends wat u use it for veracs for dueling kq hunting etc cuz of the hit through prayer bonus
dharoks if u got a high strengh due to the fact it hits high i wud say veracs cuz it has more uses out of it

even then veracs can beat dharoks in dueling veracs is considered one of the top 3 best dueling armor

and Verac 101%. Omg people who duel in dharok are really dumb. Come on I got like let's say 45 hp left and OMGZZ YOU'LL LYKE ONE HIT ME?!!11 like no? it's chance 1:100 you'd one hit me. Verac hits thru armour and prayer..it's much much more faster then g axe. Basically dueling, kq verac but if you wana train with it I suggest buying a whip+ obby sheild and verac.
