    Default Competitions Job Query

I suppose by the title you know what I'm going to ask And your next post might even say I should have read somewhere that jobs aren't asked for; they're given.
Well, I would still like to know . I am a regular user of Habbox and Habbo, fairly experienced I would say. I would like to apply for (If it is possible) for a Competitions job - which I love writing ideas for in the Competition Ideas Forum, in several parts. Is it possible to apply, or must one be offered the job? And if so; how would one achieve notice in the process of not asking?
I am proficiant at spelling, grammar, creativety in writing, etc, and believe I would do a fairly good job. I simply love to write and design things like these!

Well, I think they're going to ask you to wait until a space becomes available because the only jobs open at the moment are:

    Web Page Designer

    Graphics Designer

Oh, well-done on spelling, 'Grammar' correctly. :p

My guess is you'll probaly have to wait untill they either pick you, or Applications open? I can see your the right person for the job though!

    Hey!

Unfortunately, applications for Competition Staff are currently closed.

All the Competition Staff have their own little department in doing something, therefore we don't need anymore staff.

Thanks for your intest. Next time I also suggest using the 'Ask the Competition Staff' sub-forum in the forum 'Ask The Staff'

My advice as an old useless staff and .us Manager, is above all, DO NOT ASK or there is a -1000000% chance you will be picked. ;] Also, you could have not the best grammar, as long as you spell check your work, but no offense, you tell us you have good grammar and then go

Not that it means anything, I just find that a little bit contradictory ;P

But as for gaining notice, asking doesn't help, you need to establish yourself as someone who is responsible, an upstanding member. This doesn't just mean speaking properly but also conducting oneself properly, you have to try to stick to the rules as much as possible, just as a general suggestion. Apart from that, just use your imagination where you can so people can see it, but don't go out of your way to make people see that you are creative, it doesn't have much of an effect that way.

All in all, my advice is to be yourself and continue to wait, don't try to be different to be competitions staff, it won't help and may even hinder, and be a good member.

Ugh, that's probably because I was rushing to leave, and was just writing a quick post. Of course I can spell preliminary words like creativity and proficient. I ALWAYS proof read my words - even on Habbo lol - and if I didn't have to go - I would have at least scanned and then edited it.
