How do you rep ppl?

If you take a look at the top right corner of every post you will see three images. The first should be a number which will tell you what number the post in thread your are viewing, was. For example your's should say #1 and mine will say #2. The second image is a grey scale. Click on this and a new box will open up. You choose wether you want to good rep or bad rep a person and fill out the message box. The third image is a flashing question mark and that's how you report a bad post (This will not show up if you are viewing your own post).
