Too Clingy ?

Well , I'm In A Relationship that i don't want to be in , For Many Reasons , and One reason is that i've Been out with him a Few times and it's Not the same , and it's not right , I mean , it's nice to get some attention sometimes but he's Clingy , i walk Home from school with around 9 of my best friends , and theres 4 Boys , And he wont even let them Touch me , or even come near me , i mean , How Clingy is that , your friends can't even come near you. And he Follows Me alot and Touches me alot and it's annoying me , I was on my phone in the park after school one Time and he's staring at me , And he said '' Who are you phoning '' and i said Why and he said '' i just wanna know'' and i said Why , , and he said '' Are you always going to be so Secretive '' and i said Yes because it isnt really his Buisness who i'm phoning is it .. and he kept asking and it was really annoying me , and I don't want to do this any more , as i said , attention is Nice , but not so you can't have your own space. Do you lot think he's being abit too Clingy ?

Overall i'd say hes abit Jelous, but in a way i wouldn't, i think hes like said above that he does not want to loose you to another person. i must say i can get like that sometimes with my current girl friend as she sometimes flirts alot with others in which i do not like ^^.
