DONT FORGET YOUR E MAIL!

Have you ever lost an e mail to a account? Well there is a problem with the system, because your birth date will garenteed to always be wrong because of thier mistake!



Now... it may Seem alright so far but look what happens after the e mail dosent match the account.



The name field becomes BLANK!! This means no matter what the birthdate was IT WILL SAY ITS WRONG because your entering the e mail address for a habbo that dosent exist!!!



In conclusion There is NO WAY TO PROVE OWNER SHIP if you dont know the account e mail address!!! So how do we get our account back if WE CANT PROVE OWNER SHIP!!!
This is a major problem AND WE NEED IT TO BE FIXED!!! (Try it yourself enter you habbo with a fake e mail address and when it gets to the prove ownership part it will ALWAYS say ythe birthdate dfoes not match)

Thats because the email you entered hasn't been registed in Habbo Hotel, and when you do register you enter a DOB. So the Email has to match with the DOB.

I dont see the problem. its been like this since the beginning of habbo (or at least the help tool, which in all honesty doesnt help much)
