What do you think the punishment on Animal Cruelty should be?

I love animals and I'm a very strong support of 'Anti-Animal Cruelty'.

I once killed a fish when i was young I didn't know your wernt supposed to take them out the water and I dropped him on the floor and trod on tim by accident, It still haunts me ever since then Ive never dared touch fish.
