Not Entirely Sure, But I Think Its When You Loose A Certain Amount Of Body Fat. It Would Depend On The Person Also. The Same If Your Under Fat, You Usually Dont Get Your Period Until you Gain Weight In Adolecence. The Whole Gaining Weight Around Your Hips, Etc [This Probarbly Doesnt Help Thou]

I nvr knew they stopped at a particular weight. I personally wouldnt wna get rl thin or rl fat for them to stop tho
