The person who said you probably would start again was right.

The only way you can quit at your age is by doing something yourself...
    which I can't think of atm. :p

If you have tried to quit smoking, you know how hard it can be.

Nicotine is a very addictive drug, and usually people make two or three tries, or more, before they successfully quit.

Each time you try to quit, you can learn what works for you and what situations are problematic.

Using proven cessation treatments can double your chance of success.

Tell your family, friends, and co-workers that you are going to quit and want their support. Ask them not to smoke around you or leave cigarettes out where you can see them.

Talk to your health care provider (e.g., doctor, dentist, nurse, pharmacist, psychologist, or smoking cessation coach or counselor).

Get individual, group, or telephone counseling. Counseling doubles your chances of success.

The more help you have, the better your chances are of quitting. Programs are available at local hospitals and health centers free. Call your local health department for information about programs in your area.

Try to distract yourself from urges to smoke. Talk to someone, go for a walk, or get busy with a task.

When you first try to quit, change your routine. Use a different route to work. Drink tea instead of coffee. Eat breakfast in a different place.

Do something to reduce your stress. Take a hot bath, exercise, or read a book.

Plan something enjoyable to do every day.

Drink a lot of water and other fluids.

That is true, but you're being a little harsh.

I've heard of this place, but I forgot what it's called, that you go to and people like.. do stuff to help you stop smoking. but I'm not sure if they have it out of the USA.

But I'll tell you the stuff in a cigarette and what it is to gross you out a little bit..
    Nicotine
Nicotine is the main addictive ingredient in tobacco. It is readily absorbed into the blood and gives a hit (a rush) to the brain in about 10 seconds. Nicotine produces chemicals in the brain called dopamine. It is the regular hits of nicotine that the brain comes to expect and when people quit it causes withdrawl symptoms. Nicotine is a stimulant that increases the heart rate and blood pressure - this is partly a sign that the body is trying to absorb more oxygen.
    Acetone
That’s the stuff used as a solvent to remove nail varnish.
    Ammonia
Ammonia speeds up the delivery of the nicotine. It freebases the nicotine in the same way as a crack user takes *******. Tar
Tar is deposited into the lungs every time a person inhales. Smoking 20 or more cigarettes a day deposits 1 to 1.5 pounds into the lungs every year
    Benzene
Used as a solvent in fuel & dyes. Known to cause cancer.
    Cadmium
Used to make batteries, cadmium is known to cause kidney damage. It increases the risk of developing lung cancer.
    Carbon monoxide
This is the same chemical pushed out by cars. It prevents the blood carrying oxygen around the body. A heavy smoker’s ability to carry oxygen around the body is reduced by up to 15%.
    Hydrogen Cyanide
Yet another gas that reduces the body’s ability to carry oxygen around the body.
    Pyridine
Pyridine is a central nervous system depressant that boosts the effect of smoking

Ew. Smoking is just as good as eating a battery or drinking that thingy to remove nail varnish.
