Ok let me tell you the story:
I have been playing video games since i was in 3rd grade (im 15 now) down the street at my neighbors house. We played CS, and Diablo 2. So i thought i should think up a name of a character that i could use on EVERYTHING, it tequinicly(spelling) my trademark.
So i go on to WOW:
I was lvling with my friend and doing quest when i went into the razor hill barracks to see if there was a mage trainer in there. i was scrolling my m ouse over every person in there and then i saw it...
ONE OF THE GUYS NAME IS JARK and that been my trademark name on every single blizzard game i have ever play (thats all i played the last 4 years)
im going to be taking action, and telling blizzard to take that name off, to give me money for it, or im going to **** them up

Its not copyrighted, that name could of been trademarked by someone else in the U.S.A, you dont own that account, he does, I could make an account called J4RK or JARKK, wouldnt make any difference, and you cant make someone pay for something thats not yours.
