I need some help people, I need a host that sells domains and hosting.

I have £10.50 in my paypal. I need a hosting company which provides cpanel, good amount of webspace and bandwidth, emails, MySQL ect.

Does anybody own a hosting company who can provide me with a .com domain and hosting yearly for £10.50 via paypal?
