Attention all php experts!

hey, i was wondering if any of you guys could help me with somthing, i need to make a script where you can fill in a couple of details e.g. Name, fave band member and fave song. Once the user clicks submit the details would be put on a list...simple as. But i dunno how to do this so i would realy apreciate if some of you guys could help me out.

im gussing you mean, say tehy submit it, then it ads to a data base, and dipalsy all of people choise on a page. ?

Im not good enogh to help, as my php knage is limted, athogh http://www.spoono.com/php/tutorials/ has some good tuts taht could be helpful, im curratntly learning of it.

thanks mentor, i just need them to fill in a form and it all gets displayed on a page, exactly like a guest book but i anit in to this 'powerd by koon heed' stuuf, it annoys me >x-<

im attempting to make a very simple secript thats could do somthing like that. Athogh im having problems writing to the flat file data base :/

does anyone know how to gte it toi add the conetnt on a new line :/
