    Default |Trampolining help pls|

Right, I have got my 5 proficiancy thingy, but I want to do 6. 5 includes seat drops/front drops/back drops/straddles/pikes/tuck. I can do them all perfect, but on 6 you have to to flips. I have tried doing them with a crash mat on the trampoline, but i can't even do them there. It's because i'm scared and I need help.

They have proficency tests in trampolineing?

Plus Crash mat on trampolean? Wha? a trampoleans a better place to land on than a crash mat?
They way i learnt to do em was just get to a reasonable hight jump then use your arms to throw yourself over as much as u can, u usealy over turn on and land on your back, but once you get good at that you can calculate it better and land on your feet pretty easy, its just a mid air head over heels "/

Think about something you really like, shut your eyes and flip it.

    Works when your Bmx/skateboarding.

Just make sure you have a good height before you do it, It took me a while to be able to do them again because I tried once and I landed on my neck and really hurt myself (I was being stupid...) As long as you have good height then you'll be fine, Practice it and you'll get good at it

we put the crash mat on the trampoline, so you can bounce but soft landing.
