Default How does pH affect rate of the Catalse working?

    What the title says.

Don't tell me to google thanks. Will give +REP for good detailed explanation. I'm just curious.

I think the pH has to be below 7 for ideal environment, that is cause enzymes (Catalase) work best at alkali - neutral pH. If it gets too acidic then the active site of the enzyme is denatured and will not function correctly

Urmm Hard question without knowing wether you mean a Biologcal Catalist or a metal catalist?
Diffent catalist have diffent prefered levels of asidity "/
Take many of the enzimes envolved in your digestion within your stomach they work best at high asidity, hence why they are there "/
Diffent enzimes can handle diffent envirments "/
