u cant setup up vps, lol u could make a reseller with like u/l everything which would mkinda count as a vps i think.

he was from http://www.layeredtech.com/
If you didn't notice its only Dedicated servers......
so if i was on a vps fromhttp://www.layeredtech.com/ then you can do it
i will ask my dad to check if you can do this
