    What is it with people these days?
    If you don't look good then they don't like you!
    Im like 13 stone and theres not really much I can do about it,
    yes I am exercising more but other than making me feel more energetic its done hardly anything.
    My face is usually bright red ALL THE TIME and its so annoying.
    People fail to see into me and just shun me off at the sight of me,
    I have about 7 good freinds and thats all i want TBH. I bet, I just bet that if these popular kids wernt fit and what not their so called "Freinds" wouldent even like them. If I wasent bullyed because of my looks then I would never of missed 75% of my year 8 education and atleast 25% of year 7 and its all their fault! I have had to put up with this kind of **** since year 2 and its going to come out sooner or later. Pure, Concentrated. Anger. I'm afraid that soon I will end up killing someone as every time someone makes even the slightest remark at me these past few motnhs i turn away clench my fists and invision their deaths. Every time im getting closer to doing it.

    Whats happend to people? What has turned our society into the wasteland it is now...?

    Yep, life is a cow!You just need to accept that's what kids these days are like...

    As you grow up your weight most likely won't be such a big part of your life, but if you are honestly effected and bothered about it so much - then do something about it. It's easy to say you can't etc. but thats the quitters way out, and it's just going to get worse otherwise.

    You could join a fitness club, doing sports such as badminton etc. or take up swimming. Enjoyable sports will help you burn that weight off. Aswell as this, you could go to the gym etc. on a regular basis.

    You need to understand though, just because you do excercise once every 2 weeks and eat junk the rest of it, you arn't gonna lose weight, you need to stick at it, and I know it will be hard for you but it's the only way!

    If you work hard, you will reep the benefits.

    swimming is very fun and good exercise , or get into a fitness regime
    at 1st u would start of with light jogging for about 2 weeks so u get used to it
    once ur used to it get ur pace goin faster see how long u can run without getting tired and keep tryna beat also sum nice food along with that would help as well

    oh and about what people always say about sports look at yourself not a scale cause by playing sports you can gain weight (muscle)

    Its just the way life is tbh.. Look at celebs if they put on a few pounds its all over the papers. Especially if its a girl, "IS SHE PREGNANT?!!" and yea i understand the whole i bet if people weren't fit they wouldnt have as many mates. Of course its true if i put on a few pounds i'm sure a load of lads would give me crap and turn against me but hey its just life..

    As for other exercises i walk my neighbors dog for atleast a hour a day and I try to do atleast 30 push ups a day. If the pool was open then I would be going there a few times a week aswell.
    How can anyone say I'm not trying?

    What annoys me is that I eat hardly anything these days,
    My freind Matt eats LOADS and hes still thin!
    He buys a pack of cookies each morning plus other junk food aswell. More junk at lunch and MORE after school ¬_¬.

    people like that aren't worth bothering with tbh. if they can't accept you for you, get over it, move on and make some other friends who will.
    theres no point wasting your life with people who will always put you down.

    Pushups won't make you loose weight. Pushups tone your muscles giving you a stronger upper torso, therefore if done correctly will show a 6 pack. However, this is only shown if there is no excess body fat in front, so your honestly better doing excercises like swimming and running to get rid of it, because your jsut wasting your time doing pushups mate.

    I Dont Mean To Sound Like A Cow But I Know Its Going To End Up Coming Out The Wrong Way. I Really Dont Get How People Hold Grudges On Bullying. Sure I Was Bullied But You Get Over It! Secondly You Have To Like Who You Are As A Person Before People Can Accept You.
