    Default Help Me Please! :(

I've got a Modelling studio and the staff who have worked hard get paid some furni every week! The problem is, there's this guy who is co-owner, and he keps on asking me to give him his pay, but doesnt work at all! I try to tell him to, but he just says he has. I ask him to do a bit more, and he always says he's chilling for now! Hes a really nice guy though, so I dont want to hurt his feelings about telling him hes not co-owner anymore, or that i dont think he's been working at all! Please help me! payment day is soon, and if he finds out he's not getting paid, i dunno what he will do! And i still want him to stay!

You shouldnt really say you will pay people if you cant fund it, but tell him he needs to work more if he wants pay...

Just tell him that he either has to work more or he won't get paid. If he refuses or makes some dumb excuse then just pay him one last time (just incase he reports you for not paying) and fire him. You can find someone better!
