A friend told me that if i want to be a hobba, a real hobba have to send a recomendation of me or my application never going to be read. Is that true??
and what i have to do to have that recomendation??

No, it is not, but it does help. It is possible to become a hobba without a hobba reco, but nowadays, will increasing scammmers and scams, a hobba reccomendation would be best.

Hobbas would be more careful at who they reccomend, not like us, we're too crazy enough to fill it up in a couple of minutes
