I would not give it away. I would make some posters seeing if any one has lost the cat, if no one reply then I would keep it.

I'm moving to England in around a month, that's why I can't keep her.

I haven't seen any lost posters around my neighbourhood, and I looked on a few lost pets sites and couldn't find her. She must have been stray for at least a few days, she was really hungry and very skinny. I don't think she belongs to anyone, she's very young, and if she did then I would have thought her owners would put a little moree effort into finding her.
