£30 layout - arcade and fun related!

I'm planning to develop a site into an arcade but I also want to develop it into some other fun stuff, those ideas have not been though of yet although, I'm sure you could leave a little space or come up with some bogus ideas to give me an idea of what the layout would seem like.

I really like Scott's schoolfun layout he posted in the showcase or graphics section and also his zooBIG layout(on habboforum)

The site name is undecided although, just fill your site for the sitename.

Onto the specifications:

I'm needing a good layout with a good colour scheme, I quite like scotts zoobig colour scheme although, if you want to experiment, there is a great site called www.colourlovers.com find a palette you like and pm me asking if I like it.

I'd like it so there is a left, right and middle section which is a standard layout although feel free to experiment, i want this layout to be excellent!

I want the layout to be clean yet simple like in this:

although do not make an identical layout.

Remember, this layout is for a fun site so it must have lots of images or colours that will appeal to the user and make them want to visit back again.

Onto the prize:
The prize is £30 if the layout is coded xhtml and css valid or £20 without coding. You can partner with someone else if you cannot code or you cannot design.
