Followed guide on Runehq comepletely up until the part where you have to talk to Duke Horacio in Lumbridge caslte
He dont give me no sheld!
Badly annoyed me and have tried talking to Ozaich in edgeville again but that didnt work
The duke just says "greetings" and i get 2 options, any quests and and any money....
HELP

Is it just the bog-standard orange ones?
If so, i have 4 in bank so maybe thats why im not getting another one...

Yes the same thing happened to me, but luckily I already had a shield in the bank. The guide is just wrong, I now use tip.it as it seems to be more reliable.
