Nearest place is the elf place..thing. :rolleyes: Otherwise seers. There isn't any flax in edge or varrock love. Flax is also a lame way. My fav way is barrows or use your skills? maybe fletch..

Keep an hour+ free, and buy 1k eye of newts from Port Sarim, bank them at Draynor, takes about an hour to get 1000, which will cost you 3k. Then you can seel them for 200k possibly.
