Pokemon Leaf Green

Can anyone reccomend a party to the pokemon league on it for me?
I've had it since the day it came out.
And my play time is over 45 hours.
But My Party cant do it.

My Current Party:
Venasaur Lvl:50
Butterfree Lvl:45
Snorlax Lvl:46
Atricuno Lvl:58
Moltres Lvl:56
Zapdos Lvl:52
If no-one can Reccomend can someone at least tell me where the Vs Seeker is?
I had it before on my Leaf Green but I saved over it And forgot where it is.

On Pokemon Fire Red I did it with:

Articuno Lv. 70
Moltres Lv. 70
Zapdoes Lv. 70
Mew Lv. 52
Deosyd Lv. 52
Charizard Lv. 72

Yes, so I may have used cheats to get certain Pokemon (Although they NEVER obay you), but get a squad like that with different types all around level 60, 70, ect.

On Pokemon Ruby I done it with:

Rayquaza Lv. 73
Walrein Lv. 69
Swampert Lv. 79
Groudon Lv. 56
Sceptile Lv. 64
Armaldo Lv. 62

Go to Vermiliont city, then go to the pokemon center and talk to a lady with blue hair.

Well if I need a party like that I consider myself as lucky,
Because I was up to Lance before.
also do you know where that VS Seeker is?
