Toy Horses?

I think you can get rares at the Draynor Village Market. There's a man called Diango who is selling toy horses and Spinning plates. I've never seen him before and you can't trade the plates. And if your click on the plates you spin them and you can play with the horses.

Btw, I just noticed him today.

There are four horses; Brown, Black, White and Grey. They cost 150 coins each and the plates are 75.

Anyway, sorry if their not rares or anything interesting.
