Can't Check In Over a Year Now...

For Over a Year I Have Had This Problem. When Ever I Check In This Screen Appears:



Now, I have tryed deleted my cookies. Don't work. I have tried installing shockwave again and uninstalling, don't work. I have tryed restarting my computer over 100times!!! You guessed it. Dont Work. So how can i fix this. I think i need a real expert to tell me because everything i have tryed DOESNT WORK!

Un-install shockwave re-install it and try using www.getfirefox.com mozzilla firefox browser.
