Need help with myBB

Ok i downloaded this last week and i have no idea how to upload and install.

I try uploading it into my public_html, theres a folder called 'Uploads' but when i try to upload it, it just opens it so i can only upload like one file from inside the folder.

So? how to i upload the Folder and not the inside files

And rep for who ever.. answers this question.
