do u fill a form for people to become?
or do u add the room to ur favs and hoping it will get pop with the majority of people?

Not sure, you use to be able to do via newsie, but that got taken down so im not sure.

and i think its soon to end. hasnt been updated in AGES.

You vote for it, usually, in the newsie. But there hasnt been much updates on it resently (yes.. I can spell)

To get ON the list, there is normally a page where you can vote a room. The room with the lot's of votes get added, being on the pop list last month is an advantage as you can advertise it in your room name.
