Right, i'm thinking of setting up an organisation of web design. The only thing is, I can only design layouts and cannot code them. I am looking for someone who can code layouts and code the one's I design. You will get most of the money made from the organisation.

You shoulden't start an business unless you have the ability to run it. I suggest you learn some HTML. Start off with tables and then move on to Positioning and stuff.
