    Hey all,

    I'm working on getting my muscles big, and I have my biceps in good shape, but what would be best for getting my stomach in shape? It has a little fat on it (not too much but a little), so what would be the best exersise to do? (Don't say "eat less" because I don't eat many fatty foods anyway). It like stays there :p

    So basicly what would be the best way to get a six pack?

    +REP to anybody that tries to help.

    Yeah, crunches are good. (Crunches are like sit ups, but you hang your legs over something to make your stomach reach higher) Maybe try 50 a day, and then increase them week by week or whatever suits you.

    Crunch, Crunch, Crunch... Sit Up, Sit Up, Sit Up..!

    Running can also help to get yourself washboard abs; this takes longer but is slightly less tiring and it exercises your whole body too

    You must remember that doing crunches and sits up for hours on end until you're red in the face and about to faint will not burn the fat around them, you must first do some cardiovascular stomach exercises etc first before the crunches.

    Lol, it basically means to perform a temporary heart beat increase. Cycling, running etc.

    I'm 14, and I have a pack(Woo ;D).

    I do crunches, leg lifts & medicine ball work.

    Also, I make protein energy shake every now and again.

    Code:
    Ingredients
        * 50g dried skimmed milk powder
        * 500mls fresh milk
        * Milkshake powder

    Method
        * Mix the dried skimmed milk powder into a smooth paste with 100mls of the milk.
        * Put all the ingredients into a hand blender and blend until frothy.
