Default Should i get this car?

    Vauxhall Corsa 1.0 12v With 17" Alloys
Lime Green 47k miles, recent service, 17 inch alloys, low profile Yokohama racing tyres and fog lights. Off the market rear Lexus lights, 5 months tax, 1 year M.O.T. Radio/CD control on steering wheel. Remote control locking. Lowest insurance category you can get on a 1.0, low on petrol.

Here the picture of the car

The guy is selling it for £2300 and ive been wondering if i should tell him to knock it down to £2000.

It will be my first car and i have just recently passed my Practical TEST ;]

    Thanks
    Taii

Seems like a good deal but the car isn't the best you can get for that price. I'd personally get one of those nano cars that Jeremy Clarkson was driving on Top Gear
