I've seen lots of under 18's with paypal accounts-How do I get one? What type of bank account do I need to get etc?

Well, I used my mum's details, and i'm 15.

But, i'm pretty sure some banks have some sort of youth account that you can open. I think it's HSBC, but someone else will know

"My" paypal is my dads. He set it up and he owns it, I just seem to be the one that uses it. If I take money from his bank I ask him first.

Hmm i have my own and i am only 16, it is all set up in my name with my bank and debit card information.
I can't remember it asking me for my age, if it did then i would have probably lied.

I got a paypal account when I was 13 , because thats how old you have to be for a solo card at HSBC ;] and they didn't ask my age anyway when I signed up.

If you sign up for a HSBC Livecash account, you can get a debit card from the age of 13.
