Spend 100K on targets, gets you about 1,000 Rune arrows & sell at edgeville for 400K.
This may seem like it'll take quite a long time, but it doesn't take very long.

If you're not a member, I think you can mine pure essence, or you buy pure essence for 30 each & i'll happily make them into death rune's so you can sell them for 300 each
