Stats shall be as followed;
Atk - 40
Str - 30
Deff - 5
Range - 40
Mage - 37
Prayer - 3
HP - 50 around +
Combat - 36ish
Should own =p
Range is for deffence. You dont need any levels\quest to wear legs and all. So it helps me deffensive.
Magic is required for teleing, binding - etc
