How Can I Know For Sure My Keylogger Has Gone?

Well a few days ago I got tricked on MSN and got sent a file under the name of something like 'MSN 8.' I received and opened and it was a keylogger I think. I went onto habbo and my 4 Club Sofa's had gone.

Now My Symtanec keeps coming up with message sent, 100%, does this mean someones trying to get through? I've done a virus scan, deleted the program, used spybot and adaware. No more furni has gone, but Im worried. Help Me?

First, do not log on habbo without using the on-screen keyboard. In fact, don't log in anything without using the on-screen keyboard
(Start--->Programs--->Accessories--->Accessability--->On-Screen Keyboard)
