Yea it's kinda rubbish but who cares, online pokemon ^^
Easy leveling would be to fight your easiest gym leader over and over again, to lvl up low lvl things easy fight the best gym leader you can with that pokemon, get it killed then switch to a better pokemon, they both get the XP ^^
