If you mean maybe... come out and tell her that you like her and you would like to have a relationship with her... you could start off by getting to know her as a friend and just talk to her etc. on msn and what not then take it from there and see if your personalities do click. Then if you still want to have a relationship with her just explain to her you have feelings for her and see what happens!
